[SE|PY-macdev] Building a .app file

Has anyone had success using the setup_osx.py script to build a 
sepy.app file that works? It seems some files are missing and adding 
them from older versions such as the 1.0.4.5 package allows the app 
file to be built but it does not run, it starts and then quits.
