Can you change this line ( about 1690 in sepy.py):
self.menu.Append(ID_GET_HTML, '%s%s' % (_("Export to HTML"),self.kreader.get_tab("File","ExportHTML")))

Into this:
self.menu.Append(ID_GET_HTML, _("Export to HTML"))

And tell me if you see again the CAPSLOCK error?
