[SE|PY-macdev] Online step-by-step instructions tweak

Just a tweak to the install page instructions, where it says:

python setup.py install (in case user has closed an reopened terminal
window, which I did in case any of the other installs modified the path in
the shell).

It should read:

sudo python setup.py install
