this error happened with wxpython 2.4.2.4 i just installed the newest unicode and ansi version 2.5.3.1p and with both of them i now get this error: PyAssertionError, C++ assertion failed: can't refresh unattached menubar. it's the newest cvs version: 1.0.6.45 valley Alessandro Crugnola *sephiroth* wrote: >Which version of wxpython, python are you currently using ? >P.s.
