[SE|PY-macdev] Really looking forward to a working mac version

I am really excited for the release of an up to date Mac version. I am
envious of my PC colleague's Sepy! I'd be willing to compile, but I'm not
sure where there are instructions for a working version. I'm on Panther
10.3.7. Someone said 1.0.4.6 works but I'm not sure if that depends on the
version of python etc. a .dmg would be ideal, but if someone can point me to
working compile instructions I'd try that first.
