Extended seowkeyhandler.sqf to optionally disable IFA2 Teamswitch menu via T key. Y and U keys still operate. Adjusted MM-BuildMissions.php to ensure that seowkeyhandler.sqf is visible to all players.

Updated MP updater script and MP-OptionsScreen.php accordingly. Improved cross-browser functionality of MP-MissionTimer.php.
