Added healer.sqf to SQF resources to track medical healing events. Unfortunately this only works for medic soldiers healing soldiers, not for medic trucks healing soldiers. Updated MM-BuildMissions.php and MM-AnalyzeLog.php accordingly, so that healing events are detected in-mission and written to Campaign_Notices afterwards.
