Tweaked SQL to include all Scenery objects in the MetaScenery structure; also updated toggle Scenery command etc accordingly. Now unknown scenery objects are white, IL2 objects are cyan, IF objects are orange.

Added eventhandlers for WeaponDisassembled and WeaponAssembled for static weapons. This enables tracking of destruction of weapon pieces. Also added proximity detectors to static weapons to force dismount of crew if enemy approaches very closely.
