We do not have demo data as of now. But we have provided country and state list in the installation DB. For further guidance, refer the file "hrms.sql".

Sorry, my mistake, I tought countries and states where available in the Site Configuration / Locations, instead they come out when searching them in the "adding" process.
Anyway the selection is not working properly, see attachment
Anyway it is very frustrating to start with a completeley empty database, I'm talking about Employee Configuration and other stuff, I think that the User Guide is not enough.
Please consider to provide sample data at least for types.

Yes it's true, and it is very important to allow organizations to configure themself, but I think that almost everywhere you have at least two Genders: Male and Female, and at least three Marital Statuses: Single, Married and Widow, as well as Prefixes: Mr, Mrs, Miss, ecc..

I've seen the sql file, but it is not ran automatically during the installation, also I don't know if I can run it now...

Ethiopia was add in the list of available locations

Since each organization has its own set of configurations, we left it open for them to configure.
Yes it's true, and it is very important to allow organizations to configure themself, but I think that almost everywhere you have at least two Genders: Male and Female, and at least three Marital Statuses: Single, Married and Widow, as well as Prefixes: Mr, Mrs, Miss, ecc..
We have considered your suggestions. We will keep you posted regarding the same.
