#13 First Credential Failed

Thank you. I tried to Login with the first credential that was been sent to my email address after installation but its not working. Does that mean after creating the organization head from the Add Employees with its associated credentials sent to the email address, the "after installation credentials" will stop working?

Hi,

The credentials will not stop working after creating the organization head. The credentials you received after installation are the Super Admin's login credentials. The organization head's credentials will be sent to his/her email address (provided by the Super Admin while adding the organization head).
