#12 Adding Employee Problem

Hello,
Please I was adding employees but under job titles, Job Pay Frequency is empty even after putting "A" under Job Pay Grade Code. How can I go about it please?

Hi,

You will need to go to HR -> Employee Configuration -> Pay Frequency and add the pay frequency options. After you have done that, they will automatically populate in the Pay Frequency drop down.

Thank you. I tried to Login with the first credential that was been sent to my email address after installation but its not working. Does that mean after creating the organization head with its associated credentials sent to the email address, the after installation credentials stop working?

Hi,
The credentials will not stop working after creating the organization head. The credentials you received after installation are the Super Admin's login credentials. The organization head's credentials will be sent to his/her email address (provided by the Super Admin while adding the organization head).
