I have two temps monitored, CPU and ambient. Of course the CPU runs hotter, but it displays in blue and lower in the Y direction than the other display.
I think this isn't actually a bug but more of a less intuitive feature. Each sensor has an independent range (ie a low and high value) which then are used to figure out what color to make the thermometer overlay. So probably whats happened is the CPU temperature has a greater range so for the same value you get a different color. You can see in the preferences for each sensor what these values are and can change them to be the same if it suits.
