#19 not unlocking when receiving incoming call

i previously had version 0.3.4 and upgraded to v 0.4.0. In the Settings page, under "Gestures", i have all four options CHECKED, and to lock "everything".

Under "Autolock", i have the 1st settings set to "Lock Everything" when the phone awakes; i have the 2nd setting set to "Unlock phone" when phone awakes on incoming call; i have the 3rd setting CHECKED; the 4th setting UNCHECKED; 5-8 settings CHECKED.

Under "Feedback", i have the 1st setting UNCHECKED; and the 2-4 settings CHECKED.

Under "miscellaneous", i have the setting UNCHECKED.

Under these settings, when i get an incoming call, the touchpanel is still locked and i have to manual unlock the phone to answer the call.
