Hello, I would like to play the game, but it won't work with wine and there is no Linux port.
If you are able to make this game run under Linux, please know that at least I would be glad if you did so.
If you don't know how to port or don't have the time for this, please tell me if you would like me to ask for help regarding this point at for example http://forum.freegamedev.net/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=7 (of course I'd prefer if you did it yourself ;) )

Unfortunately, this game is as far from playable as it can get. Basically, it just looks cool, but there's very little to do in the game that's implemented yet.
Also, we've had trouble coming up with motivation to finish it. We need more coders but nobody is interested, so it's pretty much put to a halt.

Is there a summary of what the game is supposed to be?
Something like shogun total war?
No not really, the source of inspiration is the Europa Universalis/Hearts of Iron/Crusader King games.
