Hey all, Yesterday I wrote up a blog post about what's (been) going on in the SMW world recently, with a focus on the upcoming 1.6 release, and the things I've been working on. You can read it here: http://goo.gl/4jvDO Feedback/comments (on both the blog post and discussed software) are welcome :) Cheers -- Jeroen De Dauw http://www.bn2vs.com Don't panic. I appreciated how you answered my question about HAS DEFAULT FORM and TYPE:RECORD. With TYPE going away and an N-ary being defined by properties, I would think each one could have a HAS DEFAULT FORM for red links. Great work all round! I've put specific questions on the post as suggested, but I have a general question about 1.6 - Where should I go to read about the new functionality? I've read the list of changes several times, but I'd like to read more details about how (and also why) to use the new features. I just went to http://semantic-mediawiki.org to try to find more, but I don't see any links to 1.6 features (sorry if I'm missing something). Cheers, Dan. Hey, For now the only overviews are the release notes [0] and the upgrade instructions [1]. Most other things have been documented already to some extend, but some might be missing. A more comprehensive overview would be nice, esp to include on the SMW 1.6 page [2] once the actual release is made. I'd be absolutely awesome if people from the community that are aware of one or more new features could help out here. Cheers Jeroen, I tried to get the ball rolling (sneaking in a few questions too!): http://semantic-mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Semantic_MediaWiki_1.6.0 On 23 July 2011 21:15, Jeroen De Dauw <jer...@gm...> wrote: > Hey, > > For now the only overviews are the release notes [0] and the upgrade > instructions [1].
