I developed a new extension.
This extension generates a select form element which option values are from
semantic query or parser function. Semantic Forms provides useful input
type for select elements such as dropdown, combobox, and listbox. Their
option values can be derived from a static list, pages in a category,
concept, property's allowed values, etc. However, it is still limited. This
extension provides these features
The option values for select element is from Semantic Query or Parser
If the Query or Parser Function is not parametrized, its optioned
values are loaded at form generation time.
If the Query or Parser Function is parametrized, in another word, its
values depend on another form field. Its values are loaded through ajax
call when trigger field changes.

We are trying to implement your Forms Select extension in Mediawiki 1.6.1
(SMW+ from Ontoprise) with Semantic Forms (Version 2.2.1_1 [B42]). It
appears to work if we hard code the input for both function= and query=.
However, if we use @@@@ as the input, it does not work (both parser function
and query). Any ideas if there is an incompatibility issue or something
else wrong is the special character @@@@ not being recognized by your
