Thanks for the quick response! Actually I thought I had SMW 1.0  
installed already or is "1.0-RC3" not 1.0? I also took a look at the  
page you suggested but got a bit scared because I did not understand  
how to use the script with the c and v options. Also I have no idea  
what kind of list I should generate. This is really like chinese to  
me, since I am not a programming expert. Is there somewhere a more  
detailed guide for computer idiots like myself?

Using the Browse-Function of SMW I receive everytime the following  
error message:

Notice: The function SMWWikiPageValue::getPrefixedText) is  
deprecated. in /home/httpd/vhosts/wiki-products.org/subdomains/de/ 
httpdocs/extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/includes/SMW_DV_WikiPage.php on  
line 242

What does it mean and is there anything I should/can do about it?

The software we have installed:

MediaWiki: 1.11.0rc1
PHP: 5.1.6 (apache2filter)
MySQL: 4.1.20

Semantic MediaWiki (version 1.0-RC3)
Semantic Forms (version 0.9.3)
DynamicPageList2 (version 1.4.6)
ParserFunctions

It's not an error message, but just a notice (I hope you get them in error
log only).
In any case, it might make sense to upgrade to the release version of SMW,
make sure you read this page when upgrading -

Yeah, you already have SMW 1.0 installed; all you need to do is upgrade to
the latest version (i.e. 1.0.1) and that should fix the problem.
