This issue was caused by upgrading from PHP 5.4.13 to PHP 5.4.16. I receive no error messages. I tried upgrading to the most recent releases of SMW and SRF in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Hello Desiree,

I do not know, if it matters in this case, but generally SMW and SRF
should be kept at the same versions, i.e. both at 1.8 or both at 1.9.
I guess you don't get any further error messages, right?

Cheers,
Stephan
