First of all, language is already exported by Special:ExportRDF?stats and it's even shown on (if you use SMW version >1.1).

As for additional data that Administrator is willing to provide, I agree, it might make sense to have some page that's created, e.g. Project:About or MediaWiki:About that can have annotations which can be read by SMWRegistry bot and interpreted as additional data about wiki instance, In this case will be considered a subject.
