I just want to execute a query as the following:

<ask>[[Category:Articles]]</ask>

(say I have 10 pages categorized with [[Category:Articles]])

Hello,

I think you are expecting some kind of reasoning here. Reasonig is not
implemented and also not planned for implementation in the first
Releases of SMW. You can, however, export the RDF and use a Reasoner
to make this for you.

Hopefully, reasoning will get its place in later releases.
