I just updated Semantic Result Formats to version 1.4.4. This version upgrade was specifically motivated by the addition of parser functions, but there have been quite a lot unrelated changes recently, so I think the timing makes sense regardless. Major changes in this new version:

- a large number of improvements were made to the Exhibit format, including eliminating most of the need for remote-server access; you can see the full list of change here. [1]

- the new getName() method, which lets Special:Ask display a language-specific description of each format, was added to many of the query printers.

- a new file created by Dave Loomer, SRF_ParserFunctions.php, was added, which defines two new parser functions: #calendarstartdate and #calendarenddate, both for use by the Calendar format. These functions are very helpful, since they allow the display of each month to only query the events from that month, instead of having to query all dates and then filter manually. You can read more about their usage here. [2]
