Not all properties are clickable - only the ones that are of type "Page" are; although the current version of SMW assumes that any property that has no type defined is of type Page. To make one of your properties clickable, you should add "[[Has type::Page]]" (or the equivalent in whatever language you're using, although English will always work) to that property's page; or, if there's already another type defined for it, change it to "Page".

Dear SMW-Users,

in the OntoWorld installation I can see that the Properties are clickable:

http://ontoworld.org/wiki/Semantic_MediaWiki

e. g. all the way down you can click on "Markus Krötzsch" in the "Has
author" property to get to a page called "Markus_Krötzsch" in the Wiki.

In my installations, no property instances are clickable, even if the pages
exist. Is this something that I have to configure somewhere?

Bernhard
