Little confused by question, but:

 |mainlabel=Client Name
 |?Request Date
 |?Docket Number
 |?Inmate Number

 |limit=50
}}
Will show all pages in namespace REF - even if deleted, even if permanently deleted (Extension:DeletePagePermanently)

Are you talking about deleted pages as the subject of properties, or the object of properties, or both? (Properties are "subject property-name object").
