#7 CSV/XML Import Support

Any journal using the LJ code allows you to export your
entries in either CSV or XML to import.

However I have not found any programmes that will
allow the importation. This is sad because when
UJournal died they moved my posts to some other place
and I'd rather just put them all on LJ.

Can you please add this option so everyone in my
situation (mostlikely the UJ refugees) can put their posts
wherever they need to?
