#96 XP theme and WYSIWYG preview

I have just started using Semagic, and have seen some points to improve.

Instead of switching from code to WYSIWYG and then preview, would be nice having these 3 options separated so users can switch from one mode to another direcly, without needed to pass to the others.

Also XP theme appears with ugly yellow colors under Windows 7.
