Use ini file (enable corresponding option in options/general). but there are some problems (friends state not saved etc.)
Hold Ctrl while exiting from the program, it will export entire registry key into a semagic.re1 file, copy it with the program. note that draft folder uses abcolute path.

I use Semagic from a USB key. Just install to whatever drive letter your USB key is given.
