#8496 The "up" key stops working suddenly

Sometimes, the "up" key stops working. All other keys, including Ctrl-Up or Shift-Up combinations, work normally. If I switch to another window, the "up" key works normally; after switching back to Semagic window, it stops working again. To make it working, I need to press some combinations, like Ctrl-Up", Ctrl-Down, Ctrl-Lefr, Ctrl-Right etc.

Windows 7 SP1 x 64 Eng, Semagic 1.7.9.7U.
