#7341 Portable mode for USB sticks

Hello,

Please detect a "semagic.ini" in the application's working directory, and read/write ALL settings there if it exists, avoiding the registry.

People who want 'portable mode' can just create an empty "semagic.ini" to start out.

I am trying to use Semagic on my USB key so I can make updates from the library and my university computer laboratory, but I lose my settings every time I switch computers. It drives me crazy.
