#5506 HTML editor - cursor placement after community tag insert

Currently, after using the HTML editor, upon inserting a community using the drop-down on the menu bar, the cursor placement is at the beginning of the community name inside the tag, instead of at the end of the tag.

(With regular username tag insertion, cursor is at the end of the tag)

Looks like this:

I am a member of <lj comm="|roller_derby_eh">*

* = expected cursor placement
