#3426 Odd behaviour when uploading images

In semagic's editor I can insert images which are stored locally, and they will be uploaded to the scrapbook when posting the entry.

There is one annoying bug. Often I modify the width or height of the picture when inserting the image (having autocheck image size disabled) and often I adjust only one of those (e.g. just the width). When finally posting the entry my settings are however ignored, the correct width is reestablished from the physical size of the picture and inserted in the img tag. I than need to edit the last entry in HTML mode and correct the entry.

It would be nice if this could be fixed soon.

This happens in version 1.7.0.5
