#12 Create Course Wizard doesn't appear.

1. Open an STX file that has multiple exams in the editor.
2. Click on View/Question Jumper
3. Jump to any question in an exam other than the one
currently displayed.
4. Type something in the text of that question.
5. Click on Create Course.
6. When asked to save changes, select No.

The Create Course wizard does not appear. It is actually
displayed, but hidden from view. If you Alt-Tab around,
you should see it.
