#10 Wrong focus set after Undo is complete

1. Open any course file.
2. Type some text (ie: the word 'test') in the question
text area.
3. Click Undo but do not move the mouse!
4. The text you typed should disappear, and the Redo
button should be highlighted.
5. When you move the mouse, the Redo button gains focus.

Focus should really never be set on the Toolbar, it
should remain in the text area.
