So what did you think of Guido's response? You may have provoked it partly 
from your ending statement about doing something you're not supposed to. 
Although, his response would probably have been the same and I can say that 
at this point I tend to agree with him.

If I understand correctly, your proposal goes beyond the getattr/setattr 
trick to provide interchangeability between these two:

	obj.foo = 5
	obj.foo(5)

Is there anything else? (from a user's pov)
