In the reply text area, each quoted line is preceeded by a quote mark. Empty lines, however, are
not. This results in empty lines between quoted successive paragraphs in answer postings, which
makes those answers more difficult to read.
hehe, my intention while implementing the quoting this way was to make the articles more readable ;-)
I think, we can convert it from bug(?) into a real feature if we give the admin the possibility to switch on/off
this in main configuration (e.g. <Quoting [...] EmptyLines="1|0"> in fo_admin_default.xml)
