#208 Scrap the existing help system and associate URLs w/ topics

Hi Adam and Alex,

Unless I'm missing something: Just wondering if it would be helpful to others (besides me) if you had the following link easy to find from one's Segue site:

https://segue.middlebury.edu/view/html/site/segue/node/657345

As well as -- or in place of -- the Help at bottom of page. Gets kind of confusing about which one to check, esp if current Help is sort of outdated (for example, yesterday I talked with Alex about 'copying sites' -- the info is outdated in Help and missing in the other.

I realize that it's available from your opening Segue screen, but to access it, I usually have to keep open 2 Firefox tabs for Segue.
