#191 Associated Sites

There are two slightly separate request for 'Associated Sites':

1. Sites associated and tied to a user, such as student project sites associated with a class site. These would be able to show up in a roster-listing along-side a student's name.

2. Site associated with a site, but not tied to a user. These could be things like resource-sites. Current thinking is that this would be better handled by 'blog-role' plugin.

User-tied Associated sites:
- In the roster listing, show links to associated sites for that user.

- If an associated site is not created, add a 'create' button that would just work for that user. Clicking on it would do the following steps:
-- create a placeholder named username-sitename
-- record the association
-- dump the user into the 'create-site' wizard.

- Admins of the site could potentially associate multiple/custom sites with users
