Seemes CMS 0.3 Released

Seemes CMS is a developer-oriented content management system. Written in PHP, it uses plain text files to store page data. All pages are written in pure XHTML, and the system allows for some spiffy things such as embedded PHP.

Version 0.3 is the newest stable release, and upgrading existing installations of 0.2 to 0.3 is highly recommended. Major new features since 0.2 include:

* Integrated theme editing
* Page-specific submenus

There have also been several major bug fixes.
