Due to a major bug in the "Change settings" control panel in the original 0.4 which caused a PHP error on every page after making any changes, it has been rereleased.

If you downloaded Seemes CMS 0.4 before 2008-04-11 @ 21:00, please redownload it.

If you have already installed 0.4, you only need to update one file, actions/changesettings.txt.

Seemes CMS is a developer-oriented content management system. Written in PHP, it uses plain text files to store page data. All pages are written in pure XHTML, and the system allows for some spiffy things such as embedded PHP.
