seek-n-index 1.0.2 released

Seek-n-Index 1.0.2 is out.

We added servertable support, that mean you can add server in sql database, instead config file, and configure some options for each site, like period indexing, or if it follow etc.

We also correct some minor bugs, and correct the Redhat, fedorat support.
