Hi all, (CC'ing Dagmar as the SED-ML delegate on the COMBINE coordination board) It seems we've all been pretty inactive in the world of SED-ML lately (and the community at large is relatively inactive). I know we should have already had an election with Sven and Ion's terms completing at the end of 2016, but we missed that one :) Who will be at HARMONY this June in Seattle? I'll be there. Will there be enough of us to have an editors meeting? or at least to cut down on the time zones a meeting would need to cover? Could be a good opportunity to summarise where the community is at and where we are going and maybe get the cycling of SED-ML editors back in line with the other COMBINE standards? Or should we try and have an election prior to HARMONY? there is probably just enough time if we get things underway soon... Regardless, we should also be thinking about and proposing sessions for HARMONY. Given the current state of things, my preference is for some hacking sessions to see if we can get SED-ML implementation to catch up to the L1V3 specification draft. And also on a refresh of the website and code repositories. Cheers, David. |
