[SED-ML-discuss] id & name on AlgorithmParameter

Hello all, 

with SED-ML L1V2 we introduced the algorithm parameters to SED-ML. We only included them with 2 attributes: ‘kisaoID’ and ‘value’. I know we also talked about optional id’s / name’s. Would that be useful to others? Just for context, the c++ libSEDML library currently will not accept an id for algorithm parameters:
