[SED-ML-discuss] demonstration of a web based SED-ML repository

Hello all,

During tomorrow's SED-ML breakout session, if there is interest,  I would be
glad to demonstrate our web based SED-ML repository. In brief, we have
instantiated the SED-ML object model as a set of custom content types for a
content management system called PLONE. The contents types faithfully
represent the SED-ML object model, and can export a simulation-experiment
description in SED-ML compliant XML. What is new is that we have extended
the schema slightly to accommodate source code models. We also take
advantage of the meta data and workflow facilities in PLONE to facilitate
searching and realize a curation workflow.
