Hello SEDML enthusiasts,


A pre-Alpha version of jLibSEDML Java library for SEDML is now available on sourceforge : 

https://sourceforge.net/projects/jlibsedml/

jLibSEDML facilitates SEDML support for applications to:

- read, validate, edit, and write out SEDML documents 
- execute tasks and produce outputs (using VCell, Copasi) as specified in SEDML documents

The library is by no means complete. Hopefully it provides a starting point for further development. Comments, suggestions, questions are welcome.
