[Miase-discuss] MIASE guidelines

Dear all,

  Based on the discussions about MIASE we had during meetings in 2008 and
especially due to the many comments during the Auckland meeting 2009,  we
have written down a first proposal for the MIASE guidelines.

  The most current version is attached as odt and pdf file. Please feel
free to read, comment, rewrite.
  If you are able to make changes using openoffice or any other similar
software, please try to track your changes in the document, that will be
very helpful when putting the comments together.
  You are also welcome to E-mail comments either to me or to the whole
list.

  Nicolas suggested to aim at handing the guidelines in at PLOS
Biotechnology. I do hope that finds everybody's agreement, otherwise
please let me know.
