[Miase-discuss] schema changes

Hej,

changes are:

1) The <parameter> element is of type=xs:double (instead of xs:string)
2) Inheritance of curve attributes in the <surface> element in the XSD 
now corresponds to the UML. @Frank: Did you find more inconsistencies? I 
could only think of problems with the Output/Simulation/Change classes, 
but those do not appear in the Schema at all which is fine as they are 
abstract.

Changes are in sed-ml-tmp.xsd on SF.

On my todo list of things to fix there still is the variable/parameter 
issue and everything connected to it (optionality in the schema ...), as 
well as the annotation/ChangeXML type.
