Chat engine done

We've done the chat engine, but we are experiencing some problems with the encryption engine. We haven't been 100% active with this system, the main reason for this is the fact that we are both (myself and sans_handle) in school still. This is just our freetime project.

We haven't got any free time and that is the main reason for the inactivity with this project.
