There is now a private forum called "Developers" on sourceforge - its
not the prettiest thing, but it is functional and should work for us. 
You have to be logged into sourceforge, goto the project page, then
click on Forums in the line of options along the top (Summary, Files,
...Forums, etc) - the link toward the bottom is Public forums only.
