BASE release

We are happy to annouce the first release of the Basic Analysis and Security Engine. (BASE) This project is built upon the wonderful work of the ACID project. We welcome any and all comments, bug fixes and feature requests.

We have also released an updated SnortCenter plugin for BASE.
