Hi-

I believe that the reason graphing is not working for you is that you
have not followed the installation instructions.  The reason I feel this
way is that the last three questions you have asked are answered
directly in the INSTALL and README documents.  While I do not mind
answering questions like this, we have seen that graphing is dependent
on following the install exactly.  My recommendation would be to start
fresh and follow the install steps exactly.  If at that point graphing
still does not work, we can start troubleshooting from a known good
position.
