#122 sig_class doesn't work

BASE-1.2.2: /base_stat_alerts.php?sig_class=xx does not
work. It shows all alerts, not only those with the
specified classification.

    I jumped over 1.2.1...

    this simple patch makes it work, its the first time I see
    base code, so I dont know where to put the correct line, but
    this one works.
